Commercial property · Pakistan
The entrance of a housing society in Pakistan, rebuilt in 3D from 16 seconds of drone footage: the gate, a mosque, flats, the developer's office, a block still in grey structure and the empty plots beside them. Every building is measured from the 3D. On top sit the questions a developer is asked every day: who has each floor, what the empty plots could hold, where people will park, what the cameras see, and what the roofs could make in solar.
Measured and sampleBuildings, heights, roads and plots are measured from the footage. Owners, tenants, bookings, rents, by-laws, cameras and solar figures are sample data and estimates, labelled on every view. The society is not named, and its name has been taken out of the 3D.
The register · sample
What a developer's file office keeps in folders and spreadsheets, tied to the building it belongs to: every flat, shop and office, whether it is sold with possession given, being paid for in instalments, booked with token money, rented out or still for sale. Click a row to find it in the 3D.

One drone flight over your plaza, market or office block: every building measured in 3D, your own register of sales, bookings and tenants on the floors it belongs to, parking and security planned on the real site, and what your empty plots and roofs could still earn.
