The sequel to the Waterfront demo: a private island of villas and a marina full of yachts, in 3D. Pick a home to buy or rent, a yacht to buy or charter or a berth, and see island life: the clubhouse, the lawn on the point and the bay. The house still being built on the point is shown finished in a before-and-after slider, alongside other ideas for the villas at golden hour, at night and inside. Press Play the story for a narrated tour, or ask for directions across the island.
What we measured
| Measure | Result | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Footage | 3 of 7 clips | Stock footage; three flights joined, 132 frames |
| Listings | 5 homes, 4 yachts | Samples, with berths and island life |
| Home sizes | ±30% | Measured from the 3D |
| 3D | 2M splats | One island from three flights |
What went wrong
- Only three of the seven drone clips would join into one 3D scene, so the island is seen best from the side those flights covered.
What happens next
- A real developer's own footage and listings.
- Bookable berth slots and viewing times.
