The sequel to our most popular demo. Five stock drone clips of a city-centre development became one measured 3D twin, and every number is read from the original 4K footage, not from the 3D. It opens on the real drone clip and switches to the 3D from the drone's own camera position, so the picture barely moves. Four towers stand 125 to 165 m tall, with 34 to 47 floors over a 14 m podium. 1,466 sample homes sit on a live stacking plan: for sale, for rent or occupied. You can colour them by price per square metre or rental yield, and filter by deal, bedrooms, view, budget and floor. Each home opens with its floor drawn to the measured plate, a measuring tool and a mortgage or move-in calculator. Homes facing the skyline let you stand at the window in the 3D. Homes on the filmed walls are outlined on a real 4K frame. Around shows walking routes to places in the footage. Condition pins six notes read from the 4K frames on the roofs, facades and pool. Scenarios walk through a morning here, an investor scan, a family search and a building check. Night turns the same 3D into the city after dark, with lit windows and car lights; weather adds rain, snow, fog or golden hour. Walk inside any home in a room built to its measured size, with the real 3D through the glass. AI pictures of the rooms, pool deck and sky garden were made from real frames of the footage, so the views out of the windows are the real ones. The story sweeps through every home in a tower, top floor down.
Caveat. Stock drone footage. The development and its developer are not named; logos and signs are blurred in the footage and painted out of the 3D. Heights and footprints are scaled by counting storeys (about ±10%). The walls the drone never filmed are estimated. Homes, prices, rents and availability are invented samples. The window view only works where the drone filmed the outlook. Far places on the walking list are approximate. Condition notes are read by eye from outside and are not an inspection. The night look, the traffic and the weather are simulated. The rooms you can walk are illustrative, and the AI pictures imagine the rooms and finishes; only their views come from the footage.

Five street recordings, Shibuya Crossing and four London streets, as 3D memories: the street solid, the people as light, and every half second of the past stacked behind the present as a block of time. Stand in the middle and all five surround you.
One walk past Wakefield Cathedral, now a 3D place with 900 years of its story told where it happened: each date lights up its part of the building in the colour of its era, the 247 ft spire is measured, and AI pictures show the same view in 1480 and 1890.
Five building sites, one for each stage of a build, from groundworks to fit-out. Each drone clip hands over to the 3D at the exact same frame, then AI site intelligence appears in place: work areas, materials, hazards and walking routes.

Ordinary video lifted into a 3D memory you can walk around: people and machines as light, measured in metres from the people themselves. A forklift near miss, an anonymised concourse, miners in 1901, and a small vision model that narrates and bets on the next two seconds, scored against what really happened.
Upload a clip and every moment becomes a slice with AI depth, stacked into a block of time or strung along the path the camera flew, measured from the video itself. Type "blue car" and its path is drawn through time, while a small vision-language model says what the scene is. Nothing is uploaded.
A flat video of our factory cell rebuilt in space and time. Scrub the clip, freeze a moment and walk round it, or watch every moving point build up in the order it was captured, with a capture report that measures each frame and finds the moments worth jumping to.
A flat 360° clip turned into stereo 360° for headsets: an AI model estimates distance in every direction and we build both eyes for the whole sphere. Drag to look around in red/cyan, or open it on a Quest.
A Gaussian-splat scene cut into a quality ladder and streamed like video: a first view in half a second, sharper versions as the connection allows. Throttle the connection and watch it adapt.
An AI depth model runs on your own graphics card and a shader builds a left and right eye from every frame. Red/cyan, side by side for headsets, or wiggle 3D. Try the sample clip, your webcam or your own video.
A 3D avatar built from one photo copies your movements through your webcam. Pose estimation runs inside the page, and our retargeting turns 33 body landmarks into bone rotations, live.
Eight generated humanoid robots and workers carrying out tasks in a real-time factory cell. Characters, props and motion were produced by an AI pipeline, then auto-rigged and retargeted.
A reproduction of RT-Splatting on a published vehicle scene, separating glass reflections from what is seen through the glass. Compare each rendered pass against the held-out photographs.
A single car photograph becomes a textured 3D vehicle with its wheels and lamps separated automatically, then drives in the browser. Petrol or electric, automatic or manual, day or night.
No model inside yet: these simulate the task and score how it was done, so an assessor or an AI coach has something real to judge.
A gantry crane whose load hangs on a physics joint, so it swings like a real pendulum. Stop the traverse on the pendulum's period and the load is left swinging 1°; stop half a period out and it is 18°, with the same peak either way.
A lock-out/tag-out trainer on a pressurised line. Valves take held effort and spring back if released, the line only bleeds down once both ends are shut, and unsafe acts are recorded rather than blocked: finish every step and still fail.

Hospital operations are spread across maps, dashboards, spreadsheets and site-level tools, making it difficult to carry context from system-wide pressure to a local operational decision.
Prototype
A public proof of concept with a national 3D estate view, simulated operational indicators, scenario planning, decision-support research and an assurance surface that explains the direction of a real integration.
What we learned
The map earns attention, but the useful research lies in connecting place, pressure, assumptions, evidence and human review in one legible workflow.
