The Rock of Cashel in County Tipperary, from two stock drone flights. The footage hands over into the 3D at the same frame, then ten chapters tell its story with archive pictures: the Devil's bite, St Patrick and the king, Brian Boru, the gift to the Church, Cormac's Chapel, the Gothic cathedral, the burning, the siege of 1647, the roof coming off and the State's care. The camera glides on one unbroken path to the round tower, the chapel and the cathedral as their chapters play. Then the drone's own view of the Rock dissolves through six AI pictures made from that frame: a royal seat in timber, the round tower rising, the chapel new, the cathedral complete, the siege and the roof being stripped, before it settles back into today's ruin in 3D. Each AI picture is labelled as an AI imagining and dated from the records.

What went wrong
- The first AI pictures were each built on the one before, and the camera drifted lower and further right with every step. Each scene is now an edit of the real drone frame in a fresh chat, so the Rock stays put.
- Picking the round tower's top on the solve's sparse points hit the field behind it. Picks now use the first place the 3D's splats pile up along the ray.
