Every stage of a build, from the first dig to the fit-out, as five 3D sites. Each opens on its drone clip; step into 3D and the camera takes over from the drone at the exact same frame, so you can see it is the real site and not a model someone drew. A blue scan sweeps over it, then the site intelligence appears where things actually are: work areas coloured by done, in progress and not started; materials, plant and site cabins pinned in place; hazards such as open excavation edges and suspended loads as pulsing rings, each with why it matters and the usual control; and walking routes across site drawn on the ground with distance and time. A panel gives an AI summary, what is done, what is next and an estimate of progress. The weather can be set to rain, snow, fog or golden hour on the 3D.

What happens next
- One real site filmed by us every month, so progress is measured against itself.
- Check the AI's hazards and progress against a site manager's own notes before quoting accuracy.
- Off-plan sales on the fit-out: floors, sample units and an AI picture of the finished building.
