An apartment finder in 3D for seven towers on the sea front at Praia Grande, Brazil. It opens on the real drone flight, then the city assembles itself in a spiral. Every tower is measured from the 3D itself (height, floors, footprint), its homes painted on its faces by status, price per square metre or rental yield. Pick a floor and the tower opens up, with that floor's plan laid on the building; pick a home to see which way it faces and stand at its window. A search bar along the bottom finds trees, roads, cars and the sea in the 3D, shaded by how sure the AI is, with totals per 50 m square. Restyle repaints the towers in five AI-imagined styles (glass, tropical modernist, vertical gardens, Mediterranean and street-art murals) on the 3D itself, so the paint stays on the buildings as you orbit. Walking times to the beach and around town, a move-in checklist, the street in rain, fog, golden hour or at night, the sea moving and gulls over the beach.
What we measured
| Measure | Result | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Footage | 4 clips | Stock footage; joined into one 3D scene of the sea front |
| Towers measured | 7 | 16 to 32 floors, 45 to 91 m, ±10% |
| AI search | 4 words | Trees, roads, cars, sea; each checked by eye on the frames |
| Restyles | 5 | AI-imagined styles painted onto the towers in 3D |
What went wrong
- The first restyle paint sat on the measured boxes and floated off the real facades when you orbited; now the 3D's own surface is painted.
- "Beach" in the AI search lit up the avenue instead of the sand, so it was dropped; "pools" and "construction" found nothing.
What happens next
- Room and view pictures made for these towers, instead of sample interiors.
- A developer's own footage and real listings.
