Our commitment
Simam Digital wants the Simam AI Lab website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using assistive technologies, keyboard navigation, zoom, high-contrast settings and reduced-motion preferences.
The site uses semantic HTML, responsive layouts, visible focus states through browser and component defaults, reduced-motion handling in the hero backdrop, and text-led content rather than image-only communication.
Known first-pass limitations
The site has not yet had a full independent accessibility audit. Some visual polish, policy pages, project images, animated media and generated route states should be tested across keyboard-only use, screen readers, zoom levels and mobile devices.
The cinematic homepage hero includes motion. The component respects reduced-motion preferences for animation logic, but the video presentation should still be reviewed with users who are sensitive to motion.
Target standard
The intended target is WCAG 2.2 AA where practical for a public research website. This should be verified before any major public launch, grant application campaign, or public-sector procurement process.
Feedback
If you find an accessibility issue, contact us with the page URL, a description of the issue, your browser/device if relevant, and what you were trying to do. We will use that feedback to prioritise fixes.
